We had difficulty locating the Hotel, and we have nothing but high praise for the young man (Proche Europole)that provided assistance to us in locating the hotel, giving us directions over the phone.

The hotel staff were generally helpful and pleasant.

Our only issue is that we had made the booking several months prior to our arrival. So we were not impressed that we were given a room with a foldout bed, though it was reasonably comfortable just not what we were expecting.
